If you have enough interest to be looking here I feel both grateful and sorry for you.  Please try harder to get re-engaged with life.  Trawling through the internet for blogs can never be as rewarding as a walk in the sunshine or making a mango smoothie for your family.  I appreciate the fact that as I write this blog this places me squarely within the range of my own criticism.  My answer to this is that life is complex. Deal with it.
